• Account information: your name and email address, provided by your chosen sign-in method (e.g., Google).
• Content you create: the questions you ask, AI-generated answers you save, bookmarks, and feedback ratings.
• Medication inventory data: medication names, strengths, NDC/UPC codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, quantities, and categories you log in the app.
• Images you upload, such as rejection screenshots or medication bottle photos, used to generate answers or identify medications.
• Usage information: how you use the app (e.g., features used, question counts) and basic device and analytics data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve SimpleRx, including: providing your account and saved content across devices; generating AI answers to your questions; and maintaining your medication inventory records. Your prompts and uploaded images are processed by third-party AI providers in order to generate responses. We also use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve the app's features and reliability.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app — such as our hosting platform, authentication provider, and AI processing services — and only as needed to provide SimpleRx's features. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely by our hosting provider, and your medication inventory records are accessible only to your own account. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your saved history, bookmarks, settings, and account data at any time from the Settings page in the app (Delete Account), or by contacting us.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the contact information below.

7. Children's Privacy

SimpleRx is intended for pharmacy professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Not Medical Advice

SimpleRx is an assistance tool for pharmacy staff. Its responses do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice and must be verified against official references, payer policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
